Referral Program Terms and Conditions 

  1. Eligibility
    Referring customers must be existing clients of Haro Landscape Services in good standing. Self-referrals and referrals of individuals residing in the same household as the referring customer are not eligible.

  2. Referral Responsibility
    If you are referring someone, it is your responsibility to ensure that the referred individual clearly provides your name either during the initial consultation or by including it on the online quote request form. If this information is not provided at the time of scheduling or initial contact, the referral will not be considered valid.

  3. Referral Submission Accuracy
    The referring customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the referral is submitted correctly and all necessary information is provided to validate the referral.

  4. Eligibility of Referred Customers
    Referred customers must be new to Haro Landscape Services and have not previously received a quote or completed a project with us.

  5. Qualifying Services
    Referral rewards apply only to qualifying landscape services with a minimum value of $1,000 USD. Rewards do not apply to warranty work, promotional services, or one-time minor tasks. Haro Landscape Services reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a valid project.

  6. Reward Details and Processing
    Referral rewards will be processed within 30 days after the referred customer’s invoice has been paid in full.
    Acceptable forms of reward payment are by check or as a credit applied toward an open or future invoice with Haro Landscape Services.
    If required for tax purposes, the referring customer must complete and submit a W-9 form prior to payment.

  7. Tax Responsibility
    Haro Landscape Services is not liable for any tax obligations arising from referral rewards. Referring customers are responsible for reporting earned rewards in accordance with applicable tax laws.

  8. Fraud and Disqualification
    Any referral found to be fraudulent, unethical, or in violation of these terms will be disqualified. This includes, but is not limited to, fictitious referrals, false identities, or any attempt to abuse the program.

  9. No Referral Limit
    There is currently no limit to the number of valid referral rewards a customer may earn. Haro Landscape Services reserves the right to introduce limits in the future with or without prior notice.

  10. Disputes and Liability
    Haro Landscape Services is not responsible for any disputes between the referring customer and the referred individual regarding the referral reward.

  11. Compliance
    Referring customers must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations when participating in the Referral Program.

  12. Program Changes
    Haro Landscape Services reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time. Any updates or changes will be communicated via our website.

  13. Agreement to Terms
    By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and accept all decisions made by Haro Landscape Services regarding eligibility and reward issuance.
