    The homeowner was struggling with a consistently soggy backyard caused by dense clay soil that prevented proper drainage. After every rainfall, standing water would linger for days, making the yard unusable and creating health concerns for their pets, along with persistent mosquito issues.

    We developed a custom drainage solution that included complete yard regrading and the installation of a French drain system to redirect surface and subsurface water. Once the drainage work was complete, we installed fresh sod to restore a clean, functional lawn.
