Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Gift Certificate is valid toward landscaping services provided by Haro Landscape Services. Certificate must be presented at the time of scheduling or prior to services being performed.

Gift Certificate is transferable unless otherwise stated on the certificate and has no cash value. Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Gift Certificate may be applied toward eligible services provided by Haro Landscape Services. If the total cost of services exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining balance is the responsibility of the Client. If the total cost of services is less than the Gift Certificate value, the remaining balance may be applied toward future eligible services prior to the expiration date shown on the certificate.

Gift Certificate cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, special offers, or discounts unless otherwise approved by Haro Landscape Services. Gift Certificate cannot be used toward existing outstanding invoices or account balances unless otherwise approved by Haro Landscape Services.

Services are subject to scheduling availability and Gift Certificate does not guarantee specific service dates. If a service is canceled or rescheduled by the Client, the Gift Certificate remains subject to the original expiration date unless otherwise approved by Haro Landscape Services.

Lost, stolen, altered, damaged, duplicated, or fraudulent Gift Certificates may not be accepted or replaced. Haro Landscape Services reserves the right to verify the validity and remaining balance of any Gift Certificate prior to redemption.

Gift Certificate may not be resold or exchanged for value. No inactivity, dormancy, or service fees will be deducted from the Gift Certificate value.

The expiration date will be clearly stated on the Gift Certificate and is subject to applicable federal and Michigan law.
